Shipping
How much does shipping cost?
We offer standard free shipping on all orders within the United States.
Do you offer international shipping?
No. We currently ship to addresses within the United States only and do not offer international shipping at this time.
How long does delivery take?
Our typical delivery timeframe is:

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, high seasonal demand, weather, and other factors outside our control.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. If your order contains multiple items, you may receive separate tracking numbers and deliveries.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns for most physical products within 30 days of receiving your order, for orders delivered within the United States.
To be eligible for a return, items must:

Be unused and in the same condition as received

Be in their original packaging

Include proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order number)
Who pays for return shipping?
For most returns (for example, change of mind, wrong item ordered, or no longer needed), you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, we will cover the return shipping cost or provide an alternative resolution.
What should I do if I receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product?
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

Once we verify the issue, we’ll work with you to arrange a replacement, refund, or a prepaid return label where applicable.
When will I get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll email you to confirm approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:

Your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

We aim to process refunds within 10 business days after accepting the return.

Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the credit.
Do you charge any restocking fee?
No. We do not charge any restocking fees on our products.
Exchanges & Cancellations
Do you accept exchanges?
Yes. We offer exchanges for eligible items on orders delivered within the United States.
To request an exchange:

You’ll need to return the original item first.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll ship the replacement.
For exchanges not due to our error (for example, different color or size), you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes. You can cancel your order before it has shipped.
If your order has already shipped, you’ll need to wait for it to arrive and then follow our standard return process.
To request a cancellation, email hello@unboundless.store as soon as possible with your order number and “Cancellation Request” in the subject line.
